I just wanted to send you a short note thanking you for your septic service at our home in Andover last Wednesday morning. As a fellow small business owner, I know most feedback one actually gets is negative, even though 99.9% of the work is good. With that being said, we could not have been happier with the work that the person that did our septic pumping last week did for us. He was professional, pleasant and very thorough in his work for us.  I am sorry I do not remember his name, but please pass our thanks and appreciation on to him. We will recommend your company's services to anyone that may have the same need.  We changed from another company that we had used for many years due to their very unpleasant and unfriendly manner and excessively high pricing.
